CLEANGUARD™ Extinguishers

CLEANGUARD™ extinguishers are designed for the protection of commercial and industrial facilities traditionally protected by Halon 1211. DuPont FE-36 replaces Halon 1211 as the agent-of-choice for applications where the agent must be clean, electrically nonconductive, environment-friendly, extremely low in toxicity and exceptionally effective. FE-36 has zero ozone-depletion potential and is not scheduled for phase-out by the Montreal Protocol (unlike Halotron I). FE-36 is the safest Halon 1211 replacement on the market today.

Cleanguard^® extinguishers are designed for the protection of commercial and industrial facilities that contain sensitive or irreplaceable equipment which could be damaged or destroyed by water, foam, dry chemical, or carbon dioxide. Typical applications include computer centers, data/document storage areas, communications facilities, control rooms, electronics manufacturing, museums, art galleries, laboratories, and many others. Note: These units contain steel parts should not be used around magnetic fields.

K-GUARD™ Extinguishers

K-GUARD™ extinguishers contain PRX™ Liquid Fire Suppressant, a specially formulated, aqueous solution of inorganic salts. In addition to knocking down the flame and forming a vapor-securing blanket, PRX agent provides a cooling effect that aids in the extinguishing and securing process. For these reasons, Ansul uses this same liquid agent in both our K-GUARD™ extinguishers and our PIRANHA ™ restaurant fire suppression systems.

The K-GUARD™ extinguisher is equipped with a special wand/nozzle combination. The extension wand allows the operator to stand back from the fire area and still accurately direct the flow of agent to the fire. The nozzle applies the agent in a fine spray to prevent unwanted splashing of the burning grease.

SENTRY Dry Chemical Extinguishers

SENTRY Dry Chemical Extinguishers are designed for the protection of light, ordinary, and extra high hazards. They are suitable for both industrial and commercial fire protection needs. Extinguishing agents are available for fires involving Class A (ordinary combustables), class B (flammable liquids and gases), and Class C (energized electrical equipment) materials.

SENTRY Carbon Dioxide Extinguishers

SENTRY Carbon Dioxide Extinguishers are designed to protect areas where Class B (flammable liquids and gases) or Class C (energized electrical equipment) fires could occur. They may be used indoors where winds and drafts do not affect discharge or where a clean extinguishing agent is required.

Nonconductive, noncorrosive clean extinguishing agent. Low carbon steel shell with fluted base resists impact, vibration, and corrosion. Aluminum shell version is sturdy, yet lightweight. UL listed and USGC approved (up to 15 lb). Five-year limited warranty.

SENTRY Water Extinguishers

SENTRY Water Extinguishers are designed to protect all types of areas containing Class A (ordinary combustables) fire hazards except those with Class C (energized electrical equipment) potential as water will conduct electricity.

Pressurized water extinguishers are non-toxic and ozone-friendly, giving fast protection when trash, wood and paper are the principal fire hazards. Protect all types of areas containing Class A (ordinary combustibles) fire hazards. Do not use in areas containing flammable liquids (Class B), energized electrical equipment (Class C) or flammable metals (Class D). Comes with wall hanger.

Stainless steel butt weld construction for long life and corrosion resistance. UL listed and FM approved. Large color-coded pressure gauge. One-year limited warranty
