Advanced Fire Detection Products
- HARSH (Hostile-Area Smoke Head) HPX-751 smoke detector
Provides early warning smoke detection in hostile environments where traditional smoke detectors are not practical. Using a small air intake fan and a high-performance replaceable filter, air and smoke are drawn into a photoelectric sensing chamber, while unwanted airborne particulate and water mist are removed. This feature allows HARSH to operate in difficult applications, such as textile and paper mills, which due to environmental conditions tend to cause nuisance alarms with standard smoke detectors.
- LPX-751 VIEW™ Laser Smoke Detector
The unique design of this detector, combined with enhanced AWACS™ algorithms in the NOTIFIER AFP-300/AFP-400 and AFC-600 fire control panels, allows smoke detection sensitivity that is 10 to 50 times higher than present photoelectric technology (clean environments). This can provide very early warning of slow smoldering fires.

- RFX (Radio Frequency Control Detection)- Wireless Smoke Detection
Plans to add fire detection equipment are often halted because of wiring challenges created by ceiling or wall designs. Our wireless RFX smoke detection system can be the solution. The RFX-R receivers monitor wireless signals from up to 80 wireless smoke detectors. They transmit the status of those detectors via communication wiring to the RFX gateway which in turn connects to a NOTIFIER intelligent panel.

System Sensor offers a full range of Audio/Visual devices including: fire horns, strobes, horn/strobes, Fidelity-Quality speakers and speaker/strobes and Ceiling and wall-mount versions of all their speakers and strobes.

- Universal Digital Alarm Communicator
Compact, simple-to-use UDACT works with a variety of NOTIFIER's fire alarm control panels. The UDACT is designed to transmit system status by point or zone, providing specific information regarding the fire location to the fire department. The UDACT communicates to UL-listed central station receivers via the public switched telephone network.
- FireWatch 411 Series
Compact, multifaceted, slave Digital Alarm Communicator Transmitters (DACTs) designed for a variety of fire, security, and non-fire applications.
- 411 and 411UD Series
The 411 and 411UD models provide three and four monitoring channels (inputs) respectively. These slave DACTs are a cost-effective solution for applications that require an existing (or new) Fire Alarm Control Panel to transmit system status to an off-site monitoring facility for Central or Remote Station compliance.
- FireWatch 411UDAC
A compact, multifaceted, stand-alone or slave Fire Alarm Communicator designed for a variety of fire and non-fire applications. It provides four channels (inputs) that accept waterflow devices, two and four-wire smoke detectors, pull stations and other normally-open contact devices.

- FlashScan™ Technology
In a fire emergency, seconds can mean the difference between a disaster and a controlled situation. In the late 1980s, NOTIFIER helped pioneer the intelligent market with the AM2020. A host of products have followed in its footsteps, all of which have used a common communication platform, referred to as CLIP (Classic Loop Interface Protocol). Even though this platform has proved effective for years, NOTIFIER has pioneered the market with its patented FlashScan™ protocol. Using this revolutionary protocol platform, our FlashScan™ family of products can poll devices up to five times faster than before. Likewise, FlashScan™ products' ability to activate outputs is increased in the same way. As a result, the time it takes a FlashScan™ panel to detect an alarm and turn on the notification devices is dramatically decreased.

Allows each fire alarm control panel to maintain its own area of protection, while monitoring and interacting with other nodes. Fire Alarm Control Panel nodes react to network events with coordinated programmed responses.

Intelligent series of Fire Alarm Control Panels designed for smoke and fire detection in virtually any building application. All Onyx Series Fire Alarm Control Panels are monitored and controlled when networked with NOTIFIRENET.
- Classic NOTIFIER Fire Alarm Control Panels
Designed with the latest technology in the fire alarm industry and designed with backward compatibility in mind. NOTIFIER’s Classic series of products AFP-200, AFP-400, AFP-1010 and AM2020 are compatible with the Onyx™ Series of control panels, NCA and NCS.
- Network Control Annunciator (NCA)
An intuitive 640-character display used to present event information from the network. Whether an event is in progress, or system interrogation is required, the large screen allows the operator to view extended information in real time – from the entire network or a subset of it.
- Network Command Center (NCS)
UL-Listed PC used to display event information from the network in a text and graphical format. Includes a host of additional features including: event history tracking, fire panel programming and control, pocket paging interface, and many more.

- UniNet™ 2000
UniNet 2000 network seamlessly integrates diverse fire, security and other building systems into a graphics oriented platform, via a local or wide area network. Many type of systems are supported by the UniNet 2000 network including Fire Alarm, Security, Access Control with Photo Badging, CCTV, Incident Reporting, and Guard Tour.
- UniNet 2000 Graphic Workstation
Used to display and control diverse systems from different manufactures. Information from these systems is collected and displayed on a single graphical user interface.
- Security, CCTV and Guard Tour
UniNet 2000 connects security and CCTV systems into a common network using the UniNet 2000 graphic workstation. Arm/disarm capabilities, as well as CCTV camera viewing and control, are available to the operator.
- Access Control
A fully programmable application on the UniNet network or as a stand-alone system. Two-door controllers are remotely distributed with all card/door configurations down-loaded directly to the controller. The system supports a variety of door readers including, Magstripe, 26-bit Weigand, 34-bit Weigand and Card + PIN.
- Non NOTIFIER Fire Panels
UniNet is the perfect solution for retrofitting existing facilities by formulating a means to connect unlike systems with a single workstation for monitoring. NOTIFIER and Non-NOTIFIER panels alike can be integrated onto the network via custom serial network interfaces.
- Wide Area System Interface
The Building Control Interface (BCI) provides remote monitoring of Fire/Security/Access Control/Environmental Controls in a wide area network fashion. A Wide Area Network connects remote systems via a dial-up modems or X.25 packet switching to a central monitoring workstation.
- Gateways (was BACnet Gateway)
The NOTIFIRENET network supports various gateways for the exchange of information. The BACnet™ Gateway sends network fire alarm information to a Building Automation System (BAS) in an industry standard format. The Web Server interfaces to the Internet/Intranet using an IP based Ethernet connection to remotely view the Fire Alarm Control Panel status on the network. A pocket pager interface sends instant event information directly to a hand held pocket pager.

Based on proven Lonworks™ protocol, the UniNet Local Area Network (LAN) supports up to 200 nodes per server. The UniNet network supports up to 99 servers in any configuration of local and/or wide are servers.
